Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions (web / Stripe)

If you're not satisfied with Zestful Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Apple App Store purchases

In-app purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Teams subscriptions

Teams plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Contact us for prorated refunds on annual plans.

How to request a refund

Email support@zestful.dev with your account email and reason for the refund. We'll process it within 5 business days.
